libenet7-dbg software package provides thin network communication layer on top of UDP - debug symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libenet7-dbg
libenet7-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libenet7-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libenet7-dbg *
You will get with libenet7-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
